Can I customize the metal type for any setting?
Yes, most of our settings are available in 14k or 18k White Gold, Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, and Platinum. You can select your preferred metal directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement. If that is not possible, we offer a complimentary ring sizer that we can mail to your home to ensure a perfect fit for your setting.
What is your return policy for engagement ring settings?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard settings in original condition. Please note that custom-designed settings or those with personalized engravings may be subject to a restocking fee or may be final sale.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Since many of our settings are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Once completed, your order is shipped via insured overnight delivery with a required signature.
Do you offer a warranty on your settings?
Every setting comes with a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects. We also provide one complimentary cleaning and prong inspection per year to keep your ring looking its best.
