Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the ring setting in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation and grading reports.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance experts confirm the setting is in its original, unworn condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
